Alex joined JamesDruryPartners following a 15-year career in board recruitment and succession, executive search, and management consulting.
Most recently, he served as an engagement leader for the CEO & Board practice of a leading executive search firm. Alex has led CEO and Board Director search engagements for a wide range of publicly traded companies. His career in executive search began with a focus on board effectiveness, recruitment, and succession planning for public, family-owned, and private equity-backed organizations. Prior to this, he worked for a global management consulting firm specializing in sales effectiveness.
Alex earned his degree from Harvard University, where he was also a member of the prestigious Ivy League university’s Men’s Basketball Team.
